I got the title from a Larry Rivers painting that made my head swim as a teenager. Two references to the magnificent Ian Dury: “Derision and contumely” and at the bottom, “Move along” from Pam’s Moods and My Old Man respectively. He was a lyricist of genius, but you knew that.
