"I’m making more distressed collaged and indecipherable pictures which I’m calling Haunted Notebooks. All done on the iPad with Procreate software. They consist of rescued bits of text from my notebooks - scruffy back pages.
They provide a personal backdrop of graffiti and I think they have a weird charm. Anyway this is from a couple of years back when I was fixated by the opening song of Berlin Babylon, ‘Zu Asche, Zu Staube’. I know I’ve bored everyone to death with it but it’s so so good. Anyway...”
